Case study

Nine days from brief to a booking funnel with teeth.

Bookly lets rental hosts take direct bookings on Shopify and keep what the platforms usually skim. They had the product; they needed the pitch. This is the full deck: every stage, in the order we ran it.

Project overview

One landing page to end the commission era.

The goal: transform Bookly's online presence into a conversion tool with actual pull. A landing page that communicates trust, leads with the differentiators (flat fee, direct bookings, your own pixel data) and makes it embarrassingly easy for rental owners to explore, believe, and buy.

UI design
Bookly testimonial section: I was overwhelmed by manual bookings and double reservations
Bookly multi-step lead form: Let’s start with your details
Benefits checklist section: Bookly is the ultimate solution if

From the final UI: social proof up top, then a three-step form that asks for less than a hotel check-in.

Branding & style guide

Loud type, one porch-light yellow.

League Spartan for headlines that speak up, Inter for copy that stays out of the way, and a logo locked on a proper grid, because "we'll fix the logo later" is how brands die.

User personas

Two hosts, one shared grudge.

The wireframe round argued it out in grayscale. Structure settled before a single pixel got painted.

Mobile design

The full page, one thumb wide.

Not the desktop page but sadder. The mobile layout is rebuilt for thumbs: stacked proof, full-width CTAs, and a form that fits one screen at a time. Scroll and the phone scrolls with you.
